Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of hysteroscopy combined with guidewire intervention in the treatment of oviduct ob-struction. Methods Clinical data of 326 cases treated with hysteroscopy combined with guidewire intervention were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 81. 0%. The effective rate for isthmus obstruction, interstitial and ampulla obstruction and umbrella obstruction patients was 89. 8%, 86. 0% and 51. 5%, respectively. The patients were followed up for 1 year after the op-eration and the pregnancy rate was 43. 8%, 47. 2% and 8. 8%, respectively. The total intrauterine pregnancy rate was 32. 5%(106/326). Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with guidewire intervention in the treatment of oviduct obstruction is a safe, effective, simple and minimally invasive method, especially for the obstruction in interstitial tube and isthmus.关键词
