中青年女性股骨头坏死患者生活质量的临床研究
A clinical study on the quality of life of the young female femoral head necrosis patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the influence factors of the life quality of the female femoral head necrosis in the young women .Methods :in 2008 may 2014 may our hospital in young women osteonecrosis of the fem‐oral head in patients with 32 cases as those in the observation group ,then select the same period in our hospital health examination in 32 cases of healthy young women as the control group by SF‐36 and SCL‐90 table of two groups of subjects with quality of life and psychological status were analyzed and compared .Results :① observation group in all the dimensions of SF‐36 scores were lower than those in the control group ,the difference was statistical‐ly significant (P< 0 .05);②the SCL‐90 psychological score ,in somatization ,obsessive‐compulsive symptoms ,in‐terpersonal relationship ,depression ,anxiety ,hostility ,phobia ,psychosis and score observed score group were sig‐nificantly higher than those in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion:In young female patients with avascular necrosis of the quality of life and mental health status than those in healthy population has some differences ,need to take the treatment and intervention measures to effectively improve the pa‐tient's quality of life .关键词
