Smad3和Smad7蛋白在硬皮病患者皮损中的表达及意义
The expression and significance of Smad3 and Smad7 protein in skin lesions of patients with scleroderma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the roles of Smad3 and Smad7 protein in the pathogenesis of sclero‐derma .Methods :The expression of Smad3 and Smad7 in skin lesions from 46 patients with scleroderma and skin from 15 normal controls were detected with Immunohistochemistry SP assay .Results :Compared with controls , Smad3 protein in scleroderma lesions were increased (P<0 .01) ,however ,Smad7 were decreased (P<0 .01) .In normal tissues Smad3 was positive correlated with of Smad7(r=0 .679 ,P<0 .01) .But there was no correlation in skin lesions of scleroderma(P>0 .05) .Conclusion:Smad3 up‐regulation and Smad7 down‐regulation maybe involve in the progression of fibrosis in scleroderma .关键词
