Abstract
Uygur language is an agglutinative language with words as its basic unit. Because of the different positions in the word, the letters have different writing deformation. At present, the development of handwriting technology is stil lagging behind the Chinese and English languages. On the basis of analysis of the structure of Uygur language, characteristics of word formation and input habits, etc. this paper Summarizes the impact of agglutinative language on handwriting recognition, Mainly discusses the process of implementation of the Uygur handwriting recognition system and related key technologies, Hope that through the analysis and verification of these technologies, implementation of the Uygur handwriting recognition system.关键词
