马泰与马越共同开发案的比较研究
A Comparative Study of the Malaysia-Thailand Joint Development and the Malaysia-Vietnam Joint Development

Abstract
The gulf of Thailand bears some resemblance to the principal part of the South China Sea.Ma-laysia and Vietnam are both parties in the South China Sea disputes and the gulf of Thailand disputes.Ma-laysia-Thailand joint development and Malaysia-Vietnam joint development are successful cases of joint de-velopment in contested areas of the gulf of Thailand.This article reveals that the nature of disputes,the background and the aim of the two cases have similarities to some extent.But the course of the negotiation, the size of the joint development area,the disposal of the preexisting right and the joint development system are different.Through the study of two cases,the author finds some laws and characteristics of the joint de-velopment of disputed waters and hopes to provide some feasible suggestions for the future development of the South China Sea.关键词
