我国海洋生物医药研究成果产业化国际合作机制研究
A Study on the International Cooperation Mechanism of Industrialization of Research Results of China's Marine Biomedicine Research

Abstract
Marine biomedicine industry is not only China's strategic emerging industry,but also an impor-tant part of the Blue Economy.In recent years,China's marine biomedicine industry has developed rapidly thanks to the strong support of national policies.Nevertheless,owing to the particularity of the marine bio-medicine industry,it is now facing an extremely tough difficulty:how to facilitate the industrialization of the research results.Based on the analysis of the objectivity and necessity of international cooperation and the difficulty of the industrialization that China's marine biomedicine industry is encountering,this paper hopes to build an international cooperation mechanism for it,which includes three respects———guarantee mecha-nism,incentive mechanism and restraint mechanism.关键词
