摘要
Abstract
With the accelerated process of urbanization,there has been a sharp increase in land demands for urban resi-dential buildings and public facilities,and a large number of farmland around towns has been occupied,thus making the problem of landless peasants more serious. On the basis of analyzing on the diversified game among stakeholders in the process of land acquisition,this paper discussed the causes for the conflicts among landless peasants,the gov-ernment,and land developers. Then,the countermeasures for solving the problem of landless peasants were put for-ward,such as protecting the legitimate land rights and interests,establishing the right security system for landless peasants,achieving the dynamic equilibrium of interests,and so on.关键词
