Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of PCI on heart rate turbulence index of patients with Wellens ’syndrome .Methods 59 patients with Wellens’syndrome were selected as Wellens’syndrome group .64 were selected as control groupwhich with electrocar-diogram similar to ECG changes while percutaneous coronary angiography excluding coronary artery disease .Basic Information of pa-tients were recorded ,ambulatory ECG monitoring was taken one day before and after PCI ,and turbulence onset (TO) ,turbulence slope (TS) ,turbulence slope time(TT)were calculated .Results The TO and TT in the Wellens’syndrome group were significantly higher than control group ( P < 0 .05) ,TS was significantly smaller than control group ( P < 0 .05) .Compared with what before revascularization ,the T0 ,TS and TT were improved in the first day after PCI of Wellens’syndrome group ( P < 0 .05) .Conclusions Revascularization can improve cardiac autonomic nervous function of the patients with Wellens’syndrome .关键词
