摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of application of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography in diagnosis of congenital uterine anomalies.Methods Altogether 391 cases of patients who had been examined and conifrmed by combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy evaluation from January 2012 to June 2014 were involved in this study. All the patients were taken two-dimensional ultrasound (2D US) and three-dimensional ultrasound (3D US) examinations so as to make a comparison of the diagnostic accordance rate between two methods.Results As a consequence, 90 patients were diagnosed as uterine anomalies by combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the study. The diagnostic accordance rate of 3D-US was remarkably higher than that of 2D-US. Additionally, the diagnostic consistency of 3D-US for patients in the same group was higher than that of 2D-US.Conclusion 3D-US demonstrated itself with higher accuracy in diagnosis of congenital uterine anomalies, which of great clinical effectiveness in diagnosis of diversiifed kinds of congenital uterine anomalies.关键词
