摘要
Abstract
Through comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the all-in-one card with/without the pre-paid payment account as well as the trusteeship methods for the pre-paid payment account, this paper explored the design and application of an all-in-one card for pre-paid payment account that was managed by the bank, in combination of HIS (Hospital Information System) and the medical insurance interface. Smooth implementation of the system not only boosted the informatization of the hospital, but also offered great convenience for patients.关键词
