摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative constipation anal fissure.Methods To choose our line of anal fissure, 86 patients with postoperative constipation as the research object, according to the dif erent method of nursing, 43 cases were divided into control group and observation group of 43 patients; Control group routine nursing, the observation group based on the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention, to observe the condition defecation after compared two groups of patient care. Results The observation group anal plug, defecate laborious, defecate scleroma rates are lower than the control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05);Observation group nursing satisfaction was 97.67%, the control group nursing satisfaction was 79.07%, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for postoperative patients with liver crack, can reduce the occur ence of postoperative constipation, worthy of clinical use.关键词
