Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ect of the changes of gastric mucosal mast cel s and 5-HT in the pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia.Methods Patients with functional dyspepsia patients were selected as the experimental group, taking healthy volunteers as the control group. Detection of mast cel in gastric mucosa by immunohistochemical method. Application of high ef iciency liquid phase electrochemical detection method for the determination of 5- concentration in gastric mucosa, and the comparison of clinical data.Results ① from the present study, we can see that there is a significant dif erence between the experimental group and the control group in the gastric mucosal mast cel content and gastric mucosal 5-HT serotonin concentration ( <0.05). ②from the present study, we can see that there is a significant cor elation between the concentration of 5-HT in the gastric mucosa of the experimental group and the number of mast cel s in gastric mucosa, and the percentage of mast cel s in gastric mucosa ( <0.05).Conclusion Gastric mucosal mast cel s increased and 5-HT concentration of gastric mucosa in the pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia.关键词
