Abstract
Objective To analyze the way of perioperative nursing care for patients with liver injury after surgical treatment.Methods 90 cases of liver trauma were randomly selected from January 2013 to January 2012,the patients were treated by surgery,nursing staf were related to the preparation work,in patients receiving surgical treatment,nursing staf on the vital signs of patients were closely concerned,once found bleeding and bile leakage phenomenon wil be timely care,to prevent the emergence of postoperative complications.In addition to the patient's psychological care,the patient's at ention after the guidance.Results In the 90 cases of liver trauma,5 patients died of severe combined injury.85 patients were treated.15 patients received conservative treatment and 70 patients were cured.Conclusion To analyze and explore the ef ective perioperative nursing care and the at ention,can greatly improve the success rate of treatment of patients with liver trauma.关键词
