Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical ef icacy of microsurgery in the treatment of glioma and evaluate its safety.Methods 120 patients with glioma were randomized in accordance with the principle divided into observation group and control group,60 cases of patients in each group.The control group received conventional open surgery therapy;observation group received surgical treatment microsurgery.Two groups of patients on treatment ef icacy and side ef ects were analyzed.Results The patients underwent microsurgical treatment after statistical analysis showed that the total ef ective rate was 98.33%,2-year survival rate after surgery was 88.33%;while the control group of patients received conventional open surgery after total ef ective rate 80.00%,2-year survival rate after surgery was 71.67%,above the statistics <0.05.Conclusion Microsurgical therapy compared with open surgery therapy ef icacy in the treatment of cerebral gliomas has become more significant,and more secure.关键词
