Abstract
Objective To compare (UPRO) qualitative and quantitative method for the determination of urinary protein. To evaluate the diagnostic value of urine protein in the diagnosis of proteinuria. Methods Using the method of the test with the method (Qualitative) and the ratio of the turbidity method (Quantitative), colorimetric method (Quantitative) for the determination of urinary protein. Two methods were used to detect a certain number of specimens, and the coincidence rate was compared. Results When total urinary protein lower than 1.63g/24h, the positive coincidence rate with qualitative urine protein test was 52.24%;microalbuminuria is greater than 300mg /L, uric albumen is qualitative experiment positive coincidence rate was 98.47%, albumin 100mg /L ~300 mg / L with a total of 61 people, uric albumen is qualitative experiment positive with rate was 21.31%. Conclusion There are some advantages and disadvantages of al kinds of methods for detecting urine protein. In the detection of urine protein, it should be combined with the specific clinical situation to choose the appropriate method.关键词
