Abstract
Objective Using the indicators of statistics real-time monitoring outpatient service status,and provide scientific the decision basis for the outpatient service management,outpatient optimize resource al ocation and process reengineering to provide a new reference.Methods Using Queuing Theory and Methodology.Real-time monitor department in a hospital of ordinary patients.In the ar ival rate and service rate cor esponding window at waiting,payment,medicine and other nodes,the average waiting time for the window.Based on this,we can develop a dynamic monitoring and analysis system.Results Found many problems exist in practical outpatient service by using the system.Conclusion Applying the theory and method of queuing,Research the status of outpatient service.Can find management problems,also can find the feasible solution.关键词
