Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application of red blood cel distribution width detection in the early diagnosis of chronic cardiac failure.Methods 117 patients with chronic cardiac failure in our hospital were selected and divided into three groups according to Grade I ,Grade II and Grade IV of chronic cardiac failure,39 cases each group.In addition,39 healthy check-ups were selected as control group.The cor elation of red blood cel distribution width detection with chronic cardiac failure was analyzed and the fatality rate of three groups was compared.Results The results showed that the red blood cel distribution width of four groups was gradual y increased with the higher severity of chronic cardiac failure( <0.05);as the red blood cel distribution width was increased, the fatality rate of three groups was also higher ( <0.05).Conclusion In the early diagnosis of chronic cardiac failure,the detection of red blood cel distribution width is significant to confirm the severity of il ness in clinical practices.关键词
