Abstract
Objective To examine and analyze sperm motility and the content of seminal plasma a-glycoside enzyme in the infertile patients. Methods Sperm motility and the content of seminal plasma a-glycoside enzyme of 109 infertile patients and 35 healthy controls were examined with computer assisted sperm analysis systems (CASA) and the chemical colorimetric method. Results The percent of the content of seminal plasma a-glycoside enzyme of patients with infertile group [0%<sperm motility (a+b grade)<25%)] were significantly reduced than the control group ( <0.01 ), and also significantly lower than the patients with infertile group [25%<sperm motility ( a+b grade)< 50%] ( < 0.05). Conclusion The lack of seminal plasma a-glycoside enzyme can decrease sperm motility to induce male infertility.关键词
