Abstract
Objective To probe into the ef ects of Therapeutic communication on the anxiety and depression of gynecological cancer patients during perioperation.Methods 60 cases of gynecologic malignant tumor patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group of 30 cases,30 cases.The control group received routine nursing,the intervention group was given nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.We observed and compared the anxiousness,depression and psychological health of the two groups before and after the intervention by means of SAS,SDS.Results The SAS,SDS of both the test group and the control group were statistical y insignicant before intervention (P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS,SDS of the control group were lower than those of the test group.It was statistical y important ( <0.01).Conclusion The implementation of therapeutic communication can ef ectively improve the mental health of the gynecological cancer patients during perioperation,and raise their quality of life.关键词
