Research advancement of myocardial fibrosis and chronic congestive heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Myocardial fibrosis ( MF ) is caused by various pathological factors which lead to a common pathology of heart disease till apposite phase time , and it is also main cause of ventricular remodeling .Research of modern medicine demonstrate that there is close relationship between myocardial fibrosis and various cardiovascular disease , such as hyperten-sive heart disease , ischemic cardiomyopathy , hypertrophic cardiomyopa-thy, dilated cardiomyopathy, viralmyocarditis, diabetic cardiomyopathy and so on.This paper will review interrelated research advancement of myocardial fibrosis and chronic congestive heart failure from renin -angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS), MF regulatory cytokines, in-flammatory cytokines and vascular endothelial growth factor .关键词
