Abstract
In the critical transitional period of transforming traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, Chi-na needs a large number of new vocational farmers with high quality. The present stage witnessed the problem of disadvantageous quality of the new vocational farmers, which does not accord with the development of modern ag-riculture. Therefore, the state should enhance the improvement of new vocational farmers ' quality to meet the needs of modern agricultural development by making new strategies, resetting the cultivation objectives and con-tents, adopting a series of effective scientific measures and increasing the financial and efforts input.关键词
