Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy Research and Its Application in the Entrepreneurship of College-Educated Village Officials

Abstract
Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is self-efficacy's extension in the field of entrepreneurship, and it re-fers to the confidence of the individual to start a business and complete the tasks in entrepreneurial process. Both domestic and foreign scholars have researched a lot on the structure of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and its influ-ence on entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior, enriching the theory of entrepreneurship research framework, and promoting the entrepreneurial practice. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is one of important subjec-tive factors which influence college-educated village official's business, and by understanding the current situa-tion of their entrepreneurial self-efficacy, this article explored the their entrepreneurial self-efficacy formation and its influencing factors,and then put forward the ascension of college-educated village official's entrepreneur-ial self-efficacy.关键词
