摘要
Abstract
The improvement of community health service ability is related with the success or failure of graded diagnosis and treatment and manifests the results the medical reform in the aspects of maintaining foundation and realizing targets at grass -root level.How to improve community health service ability is the key and difficult point in medical reform and is also the bottleneck for the development of community health service .In recent years , Beijing has made exploration in the reform of community health service mode , and has put forward new form , process and content of community health service , which will comprehensively improve community health service ability .The article analyzed the major problems restricting the improvement of community health service ability and the root causes of these problems , and also put forward specific measures and policies .关键词
