Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of low temperature plasma nucleus pulposus forming operation in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis.Methods:77 patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis were selected, they were treated with low temperature plasma nucleus pulposus forming operation,17 patients were followed up for 2 months,42 patients were followed up for 6 months,77 patients were followed up for 3 years. Results:In 77 patients, there were 426 symptoms,at the 3 years, the excellent and good rate was 52.11%,the improvement rate was 71.36%.In 17 patients,at 2 months after operation, the excellent and good rate was 65.09%,the improvement rate was 81.13%.In 42 patients,at 6 months after operation, the excellent and good rate was 56.69%,the improvement rate was 75.70%.There was no obvious difference in the excellent and good rate and improvement rate between 6 months and 3 years after operation. There was obvious difference in the excellent and good rate and improvement rate between 2 months and 3 years after operation, the clinical effect was the best at 2 months after operation. In the excellent and good rate and improvement rate of different segments, single segment was better than double segment, double segments was better than three segments, three segments was better than four segments. In different age groups, the excellent and good rate and improvement rate were decreased with age growth. In this group, although the efficacy of men was slightly better than women, but the efficacy was not related to gender. Conclusion:The efficacy of low temperature plasma nucleus pulposus forming operation in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis was better, the wound was small, and it can quickly ease the disease, chronically maintain the effect.Efficacy was associated with the age of patients and the number of treatment segments, and it was not related to sex.关键词
