胺碘酮治疗充血性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常的效果观察
Curative effect observation of amiodarone in the treatment of congestive heart failure combined with ventricular arrhythmia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of amiodarone in the treatment of congestive heart failure combined with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods:60 patients with congestive heart failure combined with ventricular arrhythmia were selected. All patients were given strong heart,diuresis,vascular dilation,myocardial nutrition treatment,and given oral amiodarone.The indexes before treatment and after treatment were compared.Results:The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and cardiac function NYHA classification,life quality score,6 minutes walking distance before treatment and after treatment were compared, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were significantly decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant between before and after treatment(P<0.05).The average heart rate and mean arterial pressure were compared before and after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of amiodarone in the treatment of congestive heart failure combined with ventricular arrhythmia is significant.关键词
