复治肺结核临床疗效观察59例
Clinical observation of 59 retreated patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of drug treatment in the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:59 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected,they were divided into the different groups according to the different treatment methods,they were all treated with conventional therapy.There were 30 patients in the observation group treated with levofloxacin, while 29 patients in the control group were treated with pyrazinamide,we observed the effect of the treatment of the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.76%), the negative was significantly better than the control group,and the adverse reaction rate in the observation group of 3.33% was significantly lower than that in the control group of 13.79% .The differences were statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion:Levofloxacin has good effect in the treatment of retreated patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,it can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,accelerate the clearance of bacteria,effectively enhance the total efficiency of the treatment.关键词
