摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical features and treatment of senile cholecystitis and gallstones.Methods:68 cases of elderly patients with cholecystitis and gallstones were selected,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:53 cases were operated within 48 hours,15 cases were operated without 48 hours,66 cases were cured,2 cases died.Conclusion:Elderly patients with cholecystitis and gallstones had unique clinical characteristics,the choice of correct operation time and the treatment of active perioperative management can effectively increase the cure rate and reduce the postoperative complications.关键词
