Abstract
Objective:To investigate the comparison of therapeutic effect of holmium laser lithotripsy and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of patients with ureteral calculi.Methods:70 patients with ureteral calculi were selected,they were divided into the two groups on average.Patietns in the group one were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy,patients in the group two were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.We observed and recorded the operation time of the two groups of patients,the rate of stone drainage after 2 months of surgery,and postoperative complications.Results:The operation time of the group one was significantly less than the group two,the net rate of stones of patients in the group one was 91.4% which significantly higher than that in the two group of 71.4%.The postoperative complications of infection,mucosal shedding and stone removal of the group one were significantly less than the group two,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holmium laser lithotripsy has better clinical curative effect,not only can shorten the operation time,but also has a high rate of stone removal,and the incidence of postoperative complications is also less.关键词
