剖宫产术后疤痕妊娠的临床治疗分析
Analysis of clinical treatment of patients with scar pregnancy after cesarean section
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of type Ⅰ(endogenous)of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 64 cases of CSP type I,50 cases in the observation group with drug treatment combined with uterine curettage,14 cases in the control group were treated by uterine artery embolization combined with uterine curettage. Results:There were significant differences in the amount of bleeding,treatment costs and hospitalization time between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reasonable choice of therapeutic indications and conservative treatment has a good effect in the treatment of patients with CSP type Ⅰ.关键词
