摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of methycobal sequential therapy in the treatment of patients with post-herpetic neuralgia.Methods:128 patients with post-herpetic neuralgia were selected,they were randomly divided into the methycobal sequential group(A group),the methycobal intravenous group(B group),the mecobalamin intramuscular injection(C group)and the oral group(D group).We observed the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the 4 groups after treatment.Results:The effective rate of the methycobal sequential group was significantly higher than that of the mecobalamin intramuscular injection group and the oral group(P<0.05).There was 1 case of transient dizziness in the methycobal sequential group,1 case of transient nausea in the intravenous drip group,we observed 1 case of transient pain and numbness of hip in the intramuscular injection group,but had no effect on the subsequent treatment.The treatment cost of the sequential group is lower than the methycobal intravenous group.Conclusion:For patients with post-herpetic neuralgia,the effect of methycobal sequential therapy is good with high safety and low cost.关键词
