摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of different surgical methods in the treatment of senile cataract.Methods:900 patients with senile cataract were divided into the two groups,they were treated with phacoemulsification and small incision extracapsular,we compared the incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative visual acuity between the two groups. Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group of 16.6% was lower than in the control group of 38.65%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of senile cataract patients with small incision extracapsular can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,the clinical efficacy is better.关键词
