中西医结合治疗顽固性高血压的效果分析
Curative effect analysis of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination in the treatment of resistant hypertension

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination in the treatment of resistant hypertension.Methods:220 patients with resistant hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 110 cases in each.The control group was given statins,aspirin enteric tablets, angiotensin receptor inhibitor(ARB),calcium ion antagonist and angiotensin angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI), diuretics and other.The observation group was given clinical classifications and dialectical therapy on the basis of the control group.The resistant hypertension was divided into yin deficiency of liver and kidney type,liver-yang excess type,yin-yang deficiency type and wind phlegm wet resistance type.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in blood pressure,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in TC,E2,Fbg and TRF(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination in the treatment of resistant hypertension is significant.关键词
