通络益肾汤对糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效
The clinical effect of tongluoyishen decoction in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of tongluoyishen decoction in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:152 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected,they were divided into the two groups,patients in the control group received Lotensin drug treatment,patients in the observation group received the treatment of tongluoyishen decoction, we compared patients with the changes in indicators.Results:After two courses,the total effective rate in the observation group of 88.16% was significantly higher than that in the control group of 64.47%.The total effective rate of urinary protein excretion in the observation group was 73.68% higher than that of the control group 81.58%.The blood rheology index of the observation group improved more obvious.The differences were statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion:Tongluoyishen decoction can effectively improve the patients' blood rheology index,improve the patients' albumin content changes,improve the treatment of patients with total efficiency.关键词
