用超声诊断胎儿先天畸形分析56例
Analysis on 56 cases of fetal congenital malformations by ultrasonic diagnosis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of ultrasonic diagnosis on prenatal diagnosis of fetal congenital malformations.Methods:56 gravidas studied who were diagnosed as congenital malformations in prenatal ultrasonic diagnosis were selected.Results:The classification of fetal congenital malformations and compliance of ultrasonic diagnosis were analyzed.Of the 56 fetal congenital malformations,5 were complex malformations and 51 were single malformations.After ultrasonic diagnosis,55 cases were consistent with the clinical diagnosis of postpartum,the coincidence rate was 98.2%.7 cases were missed diagnosis,the rate of missed diagnosis was 12.5% .Conclusion:It is strong referenced for the prenatal ultrasonic diagnosis result of fetal congenital malformations.The vast majority of them are consistent with the clinical diagnosis of postpartum.It can effectively find out fetal congenital malformations to be received early treatment.It is positive to promote for eugenics of gravidas and the stability of family.关键词
