Abstract
Objective:To observe the cerebral white matter structure changes in patients with vascular dementia(VD)by DTI. Methods:25 cases of vascular dementia patients and 25 healthy volunteers were selected,they were checked by 1.5 TMRI,the anisotropic fraction(FA)and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)values were measured in the same region of interest(ROI)after conventional MRI and DTI scanning,then we made a comparison.Results:The FA values of prefrontal brain white matter,genu and splenium of corpus callosum of the VD group decreased,ADC values increased,compared with the NC and the AD groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:DTI can be used in the evaluation of cerebral white matter damage in patients with dementia,compared with the traditional MRI,DTI can provide a more objective method to identify patients with VD.关键词
