Expression and correlation study between EphrinA1,receptor EphA1 and VEGF in rectal carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objectives:To study the expression and correlation correlation study between EphrinA1,receptor EphA1 and VEGF in rectal carcinoma.Methods:The expression of EphrinA1,EphA1,VEGF were detected in 40 specimens rectal carcinoma tissue and 40 specimens of paracarcinoma tissue.Results:The positive rate of EphrinA1,positive rate of EphA1,positive rate of VEGF in paracarcinoma tissue were lower than in rectal carcinoma(P<0.01).The expression of EphrinA1 in rectal carcinoma was positively associated with the expression of VEGF(P<0.05,r=0.32),and the expression of EphrA1 in rectal carcinoma was positively associated with the expression of VEGF(P<0.05,r=0.3).Conclusions:The occurrence and development of rectal carcinoma were correlated with abnormal expression of EphrinA1,EphA1 and VEGF.EphrinA1 and EphA1 could become the new targets for the anti-angiogenesis treatment.关键词
