摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the related factors and nursing experience of the infection of lateral episiotomy incision.Methods:660 natural delivery cases with lateral episiotomy were selected,all the parturient were selected lateral episiotomy in the course of natural childbirth.Results:The differences of emergency,summer delivery,single ward,non preventive use of antibiotics,the number of vaginal detection and BMI between the lateral episiotomy infection group and the treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The emergency,delivery time,single room,non preventive use of antibiotics,the number of vaginal detection and maternal BMI are important factors causing perineal incision infection.关键词
