Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control group management mode in operation room nursing management work.Methods:We established the quality control group,according to the actual situation of our hospital and dimethyl hospital requirements,the operation room nursing management work was divided into 6 quality control management groups,the contents included the nursing documents quality inspection team,management quality inspection team,disinfection and quarantine inspection team,pressure sores inspection team,teaching team,"the uncertainty method" group.2 persons in each groups served as quality control inspectors,according to the 3 levels quality control system,strictly in accordance with the implementation of the system.Each inspection team according to their respective dutied to work.Results:After the implementation of quality control group management mode in operation room,the scores of each inspection group were significantly improved(P<0.05),the nursing quality was significantly improved.Conclusion:The implementation of quality control group management mode has obviously improved the nursing quality,so that the management has no gap.关键词
