社区健康管理对血脂异常人群的干预效果评价

Abstract
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of community health management for dyslipidemia population. Methods:106 patients with dyslipidemia who underwent voluntary management were selected as the management group,106 dyslipidemia patients without management were selected as the control group,we compared serum total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG),serum low density lipoprotein(LDLG),and serum high density lipoprotein(HDLC) levels of the two groups at before management and two years after management.Results:Before management,there was no significant difference in TC, TG between the two groups(P>0.05).After management,the TC and TG of the management group were significantly decreased,and the changes of HDLC and LDLC were not obvious,the changes of TC and TG in the control group were not significant,after management,the difference of TC and TG in the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community health management can change the abnormal daily life style of dyslipidemia population,enhance the consciousness of self protection,and it was beneficial to the control of blood lipids,so as to reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
