摘要
Abstract
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor in the digestive system, and has bad prognosis. Radical resection is the only hope of long-term survival in patients with pancreatic cancer, is also the principal means of prolong patient survival. However, Pancreatic cancer surgery is a kind of high risk and difficult abdominal surgery, there is a low resection rate, high incidence of complications and mortality rate, short-term survival. Therefore, accurate clinical stage, to select the right surgical method, strengthen the perioperative management, in order to improve the quality and safety of pancreatic surgery operation, reduce the incidence of complications and mortality rate.关键词
