Abstract
Quality control of gastric cancer surgery includes hospital qualifications, medical facilities requirements, preoperative diagnosis/evaluation, surgical skills, postoperative managements, pathological diagnosis, follow-up and many other aspects. Based upon evidence-based medicine, gastric cancer surgery quality control should be clarified exactly and meet the principle of general application. As detailed management is the core of radical gastrectomy quality control, we should strictly follow the treatment guidelines, define the quality control criterion of key sections in the clinical pathway, refine the quality control system with the combination of self-evaluation and supervision.关键词
