经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合表柔比星膀胱灌注治疗膀胱癌患者的临床疗效
Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumor Combined with Bladder Instillation for Bladder Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumor combined with the treatment of bladder cancer by transurethral resection of bladder cancer.Methods In January 2014 to 2015 years 1 month of Longkou City People's hospital uropoiesis surgical treatment of 68 cases of bladder cancer patients were selected,according to the type of treatment wil be divided into group A(35 cases) and group B(33 cases).Group B treated by transurethral bladder tumor resection,Division 1 patients in group B on the basis of given soft table than star bladder perfusion,compared two groups of patients at the time of surgery,catheter indweling time,time of hospitalization,adverse reaction and operation of complications after recurrence rate.Results The group of patients with operation time, catheter indweling time,length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than that of group B,differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions of group A patients was significantly lower than that in group B,the difference is statisticaly significant(P<0.05);the group of patients with total relapse rate was significantly lower than that in group B,the difference is statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder tumor combined with the treatment of bladder cancer with bladder cancer can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence.关键词
