Abstract
Objective To discuss the preventive effect of pre injection methoxamine on hypotension in patients with cesarean section combined spinal epidural anesthesia.Methods The subjects of this research are the maternal with cesarean section combined spinal epidural anesthesia in our hospital,divided into study group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The maternal in study group were given pre injection methoxamine,while control group were not given.To compare the blood pressure and incidence rate of hypotension of two groups.Results There had no statistical significance in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure when in operating room and operation end between two groups(P>0.05).While there had statistical significance in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure when spinal anesthesia 5 min,10 min,15 min(P<0.05).The incidence rate of hypotension in study group and control group were respectively 4% and 12%(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre injection methoxamine can obviously reduce the occurrence of hypotension in the maternal with cesarean section combined spinal epidural anesthesia,it has positive effect on maternal blood pressure.关键词
