摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol tablets in the treatment of patients with heart failure.Methods In our hospital in 2013 July to 2014 September,90 patients were treated in patients with heart failure,wil al of the 90 patients according to the hospital were divided into two groups,control group conventional treatment was used in 45 patients,metoprolol therapy based treatment group and 45 patients in the control group,the ratio of the treatment effect of the two groups.Results After treatment,the control group 45 cases markedly effective in 14 cases,effective 18 cases,invalid 13 cases,the total effective rate was 71.1%,the observation group of 45 cases markedly effective in 21 cases,effective 20 cases,invalid 4 cases,total effective rate was 91.1%,with statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical effect of metoprolol tablets in the treatment of heart failure is significant,can improve heart function of patients, promote the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
