比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of bisoprolol and simvastatin in elderly unstable angina(UA) patients.Methods August 2013 to October 2014,Chaoyang Central Hospital treated 52 cases of elderly patients with UA as research subjects,according randomly divided into control group and observation group,26 cases each. Bedtime administration of simvastatin in patients in the control group,the observation group were treated with bisoprolol in the control group,based on the two groups were compared the clinical efficacy and adverse events.Results The obse- rvation group were significantly higher total efficiency,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05);incidence of adverse reactions in patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bisoprolol combined with simvastatin elderly UA obvious clinical efficacy,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,and fewer adverse reactions,clinical drug safety is high.关键词
