Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of low dose bupivacaine in combined spinal epidural anesthesia in aged patients with hip replacement.Methods From February 2011 to March 2015,76 patients with femoral neck fractures treated by artificial joint replacement were treated with combined spinal epidural anesthesia.The patients were treated with 0.8 ml,and the changes of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP), heart rate (HR),and blood oxygen saturation(SaO2) were recorded before and after anesthesia.Results 4 cases of patients during anesthesia appeared decreased blood pressure and given ephedrine after recovery of blood pressure were successfuly completed surgery;before anesthesia,after 5,10,15 min in patients with SBP,DBP,HR,SaO2 between had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion In the elderly patients with hip joint replacement,low dose of bupivacaine was used in the patients with combined spinal epidural anesthesia.The effects of the patients were less, safe and reliable.关键词
