Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the use of internal and external treatment method of treat- ment of children with pneumonia,enhance its therapeutic effect,reduce and prevent the occurrence of adverse events. Methods Choose from January 2014 to January 2015,Handan Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.pediatric hospital workers pediatric patients hospitalized with pneumonia 56 cases for the study,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,28 cases in each group.In the control group were treated with basic medications, observation group were treated in the control group based on traditional Chinese medicine,internal medicine coadministered chest apply topical cream methods of treatment were compared.Results Clinical efficacy in children observation group total effective rate was 92.9%,total effective TCM syndrome was 96.4% in the control group of children with the total effective rate was 64.3%,TCM syndrome total effective rate was 60.7% in the observation group Clinical efficacy in children with total efficiency and total effective TCM syndrome were significantly higher,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Therapy take internal and external treatment of children with pneumonia,not only can significantly improve the clinical effectiveness of the patient's condition,but also can prevent the occurrence of various adverse events.关键词
