摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing in patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods From to March 2014,80 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper digestive tract hemorrhage were selected from to March 2015.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The control group received conventional nursing, the observation group were treated with the control group,the hospitalization time, bleeding time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and stopping time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05), the incidence of complication in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,the difference was statisticaly significant (χ2=4.021,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing for patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage,can shorten the time of hospitalization,bleeding time,reduce the incidence of complications,clinical effect is obvious,is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
