摘要
Abstract
It is found that after myocardial ischemia reperfusion instantly or early given inhaled anesthetics can give play to effect of myocardial protection , the inhalation anesthetics induce post-processing opens a new route for clinical application of ischemic postcondi-tioning.Volatile anesthetic sevoflurane on ischemia reperfusion myocardial protection effect , can reduce the ischemia-reperfusion injury. Sevoflurane of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury of protection mechanism mainly involves the membrane receptor -inhibitory G pro-tein-protein kinase C signal pathway activation of cell membrane ( mitochondrial ) KAtp channel, reduce the release of harmful reactive oxygen species ( ROS) during reperfusion , and reduce the generation of inflammatory mediators , etc.Sevoflurane , as a kind of inhalation anesthetics , because of its special physical and chemical properties , and is widely used in the induction and maintenance of anesthesia . The purpose of this paper is to sevoflurane summarizes the new progress of the studies on the myocardial protection .关键词
