Abstract
Objective:Through the analysis of medical equipment products provider, to recognize the external environment of rational cognition of medical equipment procurement, optimization procurement management mode and standard purchasing action to the medical institutions to strive for maximum benefits in purchasing negotiation.Methods: Using management in the classic Potter's five forces model which combined with specific cases and data to analyze the medical equipment provider.Results: Imported brand monopoly of the domestic medical products market, a brand accounted for 59% in the diagnostic imaging equipment in hospital which made the hospital in the poor negotiation position.Conclusion: Potter's five forces model analysis of environment and influence factors of Science in the process of procurement, to improve the skills of procurement bidding negotiation and making biggest interest in purchasing negotiation in hospital.关键词
